Every parent wants to keep his or her child safe.  Consider the following before placing your child in a car seat:

  • Do you have the right car seat for your child’s age
  • Is the car seat installed properly in the car?
  • Is the seat rear or front facing? The seat should be rear facing as long as possible, within the limits of the car seat, even if its up to age 2.

7 out of 10 car seats are not installed properly.  There are places you can go to have your car seat checked to insure it is installed properly.
